The hotel offers excellent service in a fantastic location. The customer service was highly professional, making the stay even more enjoyable. The convenient location is a significant bonus. My only suggestion would be to include complimentary drinking water in the rooms for added convenience.

The room photos on the website and app is not same as real, and the noise of the street is too much. The only thing was good was the breakfast.

Staff support was suboptimal
you wrote that I could have a free upgrade if roos were avaialble
they told me rooms were available mais they refused to upgrade unless I add 15 us dollars per night and they kept repeating me the same thing
room was very small with smonking smell inside
I would like to ask you compensation as they said go back to expedia as you did reservation with them not with us

The hotel is fairly good, but does not have a microwave in the room, and the heating ventilation was not convenient.
