De combate

Llegamos al hotel que queda a la entrada de Neiva como a la media noche ya que teníamos que trabajar al lado del hotel y nos atendieron muy bien. Las habitaciones fueron cómodas, limpias, con su aire acondicionado, buen baño, buena tv con cable para tener un buen descanso y un sueño reparador. Tiene un restaurante al lado y tiene parqueadero enfrente del hotel y para lo que necesitábamos en ese momento fue bastante bueno tanto en comodidad y precios

Aseado, moderno pero...

Está en las afueras de Neiva. Las habitaciones tienen balcón y ofrecen una atractiva vista alrededor. La habitación que ocupé me pareció limpia y con los elementos necesarios para pasar una noche comfortable: T.V., aire acondicionado, mesitas de noche, suficientes almohadas, buen baño, sistema electrónico de abrir puertas. Pero...el servicio de restaurante que tienen en el primer piso sí es deficiente. Mucha mosca en las mesas y los desayunos son pobres. No brindan opciones. Todos los dias huevos y café es muy aburridor.

No conocen la palabra limpieza

Sabanas sucias. Afortunadamente llevaba ropa de cama y lo resolví. Una de las toallas no le cabía el mugre.... que falta de respeto con los usuarios. Cuenta con unas instalaciones modernas pero la
Suciedad de la camas deja mucho que desear. Siquiera que estuve por poco tiempo. Llegue a las 1130 pm y me fui a las 8am. No lo recomendaria

BUENA OPCION A LA ENTRADA DE NEIVA

El Hotel queda a la entrada de Neiva, cuenta con parqueadero alfrente del hotel, sus habitaciones confortables y modernas todas con balcón, escogí una del edificio en la parte posterior de la avenida y dormì placenteramente;sus empleados son amables, el edifico cuenta con ascensor aire acondicionado y al lado encuentras un restaurante con precios còmodos (desayuno a 7000 pesos colombianos) el valor por noche para 2 es de 100.000 pesos y para una persona de 58.000.

Pésimo Servicio!!

No respetan las reservas, utilizan tu habitación que con antelación reservaste, hay una mala organización administrativa. Las habitaciones las entregan sucias, camas desatendidas, baños usados, toallas usadas. Haces el reclamo y te contestan de mala forma. Nadie se hace responsable de las anomalías, nadie responde por los perjuicios.
El desayuno frío y el tiempo de espera es muy prolongado.
Una muy mala experiencia. Si usted tiene la oportunidad de escoger, este lugar no es una opción!!
