Great as always

Sixth stay. Glad to see it's back to being fully a hotel. Great room and amenities at a good price. Always my first choice when coming to Sudbury.

WORSE HOTEL IN SUDBURY

we booked on line. got to hotel service desk, extremely awful and after a 20 minute check in we were taken to the room by staff. she brought up 4 keys. none opened. she went done to lobby came back 10 minutes later with 8 keys. we were hot and tired standing in hallway. none of keys she brought back up opened our door. please DO NOT BOOK THIS DUMP. BTW we left and they will never ever ever ever ever see me again:(((((. no manager and 1 staff would not call him. wWORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. DO NOT BOOK THIS DUMP OF A (so called) hotel. awful

the place was dirty as soon as you walked in. they booked us in a room then changed it then during the night someone walked in our room . the pool step broke told them they did nothing someone might of got hurt no sign put up to say watch the step was broke .the tv did not work the lady at desk tried but could get it to work

The building itself is outdated, however the rooms are modern and mostly clean. The tub was a bit dirty but the rest was well taken care of.
The e transfer lock was broken, and our room had no pho e. Our room had a door that was poorly sealed that led to an adjoining room. The lock on this door didnt work. The people staying in the adjoining room were smoking pot and it seemed into our room all night. My husband had to go down to reception to let them know as we had no phone, the receptionist said she would tell them to stop and then call us but again we had no phone. We did not hear anyone call or go to their room and at one point they switched to cigarettes and it also smelled up our room. Having young kids with us this was no ideal. Will not stay again and probably not recommend.

This would be the absolutely the nicest best place ever with a breakfast room and coffee it was so clean and quiet no hallway noises no outside noises and the other thing is to make it a little better known to turn on sauna before the pool lol we went swimming then went in the sauna to find out it takes about 22 minutes to even warm up ! lol
