The sunset is amazing.
The food was still delicious, and the platter served at the beginning was good. I also think there's a system where there's a numbered card on the table and you serve it to a kamayaki (pie-wrapped) chef and they serve it ready.
The fact that binoculars are placed in the desk drawer of the room gives a sense of consideration for bird watching.

Still dreaming of our stay! Magical!
Our room was facing the lake, at night, if you look through the windows you will see the brightest night sky filled with glittering stars! HUGE stars!!
Only complaint would be that the room js quite stuffy, you can try to open the windows for some fresh air.

Unforgettable Stay- Saromako Tsuruga Resort Delivers!
The Beauty of Wood" is repeated in hand-carved artworks, special woodwork in the lobby, the wooden furniture, to the vaulted ceiling of the onsen bath. I especially liked the Ainu pattern of the Yukatas. Our visit was some time ago but Unforgettable...
The room & housekeeping were all first class. Free Parking; even had a Library if bad weather. Would love to visit in the winter for Ice Fishing on Lake Saroma.
