Without going into too much details, I would not recommend anyone stay at this place! The only reason this place gets two stars and not zero is, it's location, breakfast was decent most morning and the security guards (who were more present than anyone else) were very good. Mr green, Mr Jackson and Mr Brooks should be commended. Miss Meeks in the office is very apologetic but not at all helpful. Another tidbit that my interest potential future guess. 5-day stay no housekeeping in those 5 days, even though it was request and I was promised it would "definitely" happen.

Breakfast is made off the property and was not enjoyable , like no butter with toast no syrup with pancakes no salt and pepper for eggs and coffee and tea not to the mark had to make it my self .

Hidden Gem Just Minutes from Ocho Rios

First off the location is perfect, close to so many amenities. Walking distance from restaurants , pharmacy and grocery stores even a church if you wish to attend and just minutes of Ocho Rios town center.
The staff was excellent (from the lady at checkin to the security guard who escorted me to my room and the housekeeper). They all went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed from beginning to end.
The breakfast that's offered with the room was far from mediocre (unlike so many other places that includes breakfast). I was very impressed that they offered REAL Jamaican breakfast (like stew and curry chicken, calalloo, liver with boiled /fried dumplings, banana, yam etc.) each day and it was delicious too :).
The room was very clean and stocked with the all the essentials (plates, cutlery, mugs, kettle, tea, coffee etc.) they even had bottles of water chilled in the refrigerator upon arrival.
Most importantly for me was that they had stable internet connection which was essential since I had to work. So overall 10/10. I didn't get to try the pool but I'll be sure to do so next time! Definitely recommend ❤️

We booked last minute. Checked in and greeted by a very helpful security. He explained everything and let us know of free breakfast . He got us to our very clean room. He even took our order for breakfast next day and asked what time we wanted it delivered. Bed comfortable, tv worked well. Breakfast was good. Overall excellent.
