wonderful stay

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Medan and had a truly wonderful experience from arrival until departure. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and every staff member I met was friendly, warm, and always willing to help.
The food was amazing with so many delicious options to choose from, making every meal enjoyable during my stay.
I would also like to give special appreciation to Puspa at the reception for being extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. She made the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. Special thanks as well to Feri at Marriott Café, who genuinely took great care of me and made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest.
Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medan.

It's a quiet location not too many patrons the service is outstanding and the rooms more than comfortable- breakfast buffet very broad, great coffee (well derrr!) but no eggs n bacey!!
Swimming Pool needs a rail to get in out of!! No access for anyone with balance issues. Just drops off into deep - no steps out - very bad design. Nobody uses it for reason....other than that it's a great hotel for business.
