Nice places. It would be wonderful if public areas like restaurants and swimming pools could remain smoke-free for everyone's comfort, while also providing designated smoking rooms for those who need them.

Very bad service

I went to Baliworld hotel yesterday on June 22, the room smelled very bad, the towels were not complete, I asked for amenities to an officer named Kartika, but the answer was not good, he said it was nice, his face was also attached to the face of Judes, and until I was still not given shampoo for the bath.

The hotel is old but is ok, just that the air-conditioning wasn't maintained and I almost sweat in the room. The room assigned was facing main street so I kept hearing the rumbling motorcycle sounds and could get into sleep till midnight. The only thing I enjoyed is soup djuanda beside the hotel
