A little retreat away from the chaos of ubud
The location is ideal, close to Ubud, but far enough away from the chaos to enjoy the tranquility. Breakfast and food are delicious, prepared with care and love.
But what really makes the difference is the friendliness and kindness of the staff, always ready to meet every need with a smile. If you are looking for a place to relax and regenerate, this is the place!

Lack of minimum conditions
During my stay, I faced serious problems, which demonstrate negligence and lack of professionalism on the part of the staff and administration:
1. When I got to the room he did not present minimal conditions to sleep in it all dirty and with the bad bathroom. I asked to change room and had to pay my stay again.
2. In the second quarter the lack of cleaning continued: The room had unacceptable hygiene conditions.
3. Gekos inside the room: There was a Koke inside the room; I asked for it to be removed and I was left waiting two hours without any action from the team.
4. Doors with huge fringes: The doors had openings large enough for almost one hand, compromising privacy and security.
5. Lack of hot water: There was no hot water available during the entire stay.
6. Lack of responsibility of the team and manager: I asked to talk to the manager, who was not present; when returning the call, he turned off the phone without solving the problem.
In the face of such flaws, you end up leaving the hotel a day earlier than expected. I consider the experience completely unsatisfactory and not recommended to anyone.
