Awesome Experience

It was truly an Amazing experience at "The Machan". Kudos to the Machan management for their efforts and commitment to maintain the forest cover as it was, while developing the property. The stay within the thick green covers was truly memorable. Will never forget the early mornings when we were woken by the melodious whistling of the Malabar Whistling Thrush. The trails through the jungles encircling the resort was an amazing experience. The staff was extremely hospitable. The food at The Burrow was too good. I would rate the experience at the resort as one of my topmost experience. Would give a 10/10 rating for this jungle resort.

A Luxury Weekend Stay in a Forest - Only 2.5 hours from Mumbai

We had a good experience, right from booking with Mr. Shiva, to our stay at the Machan.
We stayed in the Canopy Machan. The experience to stay in an elevated Machan is an unique experience. The room was luxurious, and we had a bath tub and hammock in the balcony.
Food in both restaurants was sumptuous with prompt service. Do try the bonfire experience at dinner time for starters and drinks, and watch the stars.
Some experiences, that we enjoyed with the nature conservationist,:
1) Nature Walk
2) E-Bike Tour

A Wonderful Experience at The Machan! ❤️
We spent two beautiful days at The Machan celebrating my wife’s birthday, and it was truly a superb experience.
The surrounding nature was absolutely breathtaking, the stay was peaceful and refreshing, and the hospitality was top-notch. A special thanks to Ganesh, Arvind, and Pravin for their warm, professional, and excellent service throughout our stay.
Everything was well managed, and their attention to detail made our celebration even more special. Thank you, The Machan team, for giving us such a memorable experience. ❤️
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious escape in nature!

Poor customer treatment. Not recommended for peaceful stay

very poor experience of the senior team. Value of the customer is NILL here. These guys are just after money. They will look for every oppertunity to make money out of you, esp when you are in a problem. We were stuck in a heavy rain, and had to stay back at machan. we were charged almost the full amount and even when there was no electricity the whole night. Looked like we are staying in a 3rd grade place, these had no genset back up and above all they made us pay the whole amont. this is just one episode. multiple things happened. Place is good but ppl including the leadership is not customer centrc. Pls dont go here
