"Exceptional Stay: Impeccable Cleanliness, Outstanding Service, and Ideal Location"

The stay at the hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. The cleanliness and maintenance of the premises were exceptional, reflecting a high standard of hygiene and care. Walking into the lobby, one immediately sensed the attention to detail in upkeep, with everything neatly arranged and spotlessly clean. The same level of cleanliness extended to the rooms, where every corner seemed meticulously attended to, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Manager was very rude. Torn and stained sheets and pillows.

Hotel manager was extremely rude from the beginning. When we went to bed, we found extremely stained pillows and sheets. When we asked for it to be changed, the replacement sheets were all torn. When we complained in the morning to the manager, he started yelling at us. The two younger guys were very nice and helpful, but the building manager made the experience horrible.

Kumbakonam visit

The hotel was booked for our transition journey. It was part of our 2 days short tour to the South India Temple tour. Room was okay, not good, bathrooms are also okay. Location was good and easy to find out which is away from hustle and bustle of the city. Services could have been better. Overall not value of money.

Little overpriced for what they offer

a overpriced hotel for what they offer. TV is not working, not even switches on. No WiFi is there. No polite behaviour. Dont expect more from this hotel. Average hotel to stay. cup board is smelly and not clean. so checked out early. one 1 littre water bottle was provided for 3 people. if they rectify these issues, then we can recommend this hotel.

Over priced for what is being offered. Better avoid this hotel

Booked a stay for 3 triple bed rooms. The rooms are not as clean as one would expect. No bathroom towels, soap are offered. There were no door mats also present and we had ask for it. There is no restaurant attached, however the hotel offers inclusive of breakfast rooms at a premium price. It was a mistake we took this offer. They will provide you parcel at the room which would be difficult to eat. I was surprised when the hotel collected additional money from me since their offer is limited to 150 INR per room and the food costed more. How can they do this when the member details have been already provided while booking room including kids. They collected around 2000 INR per room including early check in.. The staff does not bother about any complaints. The flush did not work in one room, TV did not function in 2 rooms. Very disappointing stay.
Better book Siva Murugan Hotel which offers better package and good buffet breakfast
