Jeelani shah have gave very good service.

I stayed at Hotel royal for a night, really enjoyed its location in the gulmarg centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast and diner really delicious, and the room nice. I appreciated sevice of jeelani shah .

So we stayed in royal park in srinagar the room which was given is not cleaned and the Washroom was stinking we asked the staff members if dey could just get some liquids for the washroom they are not even answering and dey just sprayed the perfume and went off and the breakfast is not served hot worst staff not worth the visit.

Hotel royal park is located in the towering pine forested pir panjal mountains about 52 k.m and 1 1/2 hours drive from srinagar international airport.it is a twin storey building with its lush green lawns covered fully with snow so beautiful to admire .centrally heated multicuisine restaurant with very very delicious food wifi gift shop travel assistance desk laundry electric blanket in the bed,hotel transport facilities with most friendly caretakers and prompt room service .Mr.Azad is the manager who is very hospitable. rooms well maintained and as soon as you enter they gave us saffron tea very refreshing after our journey from srinagar Mr Roufli 7006277790 or 9086382773is the best reliable safeand cheap compare to others has his own car who helped us for pickup from airport and sight seeing stay food shopping till drop back to airport . we were two and safety is our concern. so we really enjoyed his company each and every place he accompanied us and we paid 8500 re for 5 days( exclusive of stay). inclusive of gulmarg too and fro trip .( he arranges for home stay also cheaper than hotel stay) the tariff of royal park hotel is single 4500 double 8000re child 1 to 5 complimentary dinner 600 re check in and out time is 12 noon .they provide complimentary breakfast with delicious aloo parothas and toasted bread omlette coffee or tea.service is excellant and Mr ahemed service boy does good oil massage for your tired legs too!

View from the hotel is very nice.

Location of the hotel is good. View from the dining hall is mesmerising. One can walk around the village and the temple. General maintenance of the hotel is quite bad. The flush didn't work in our room so we had to change our room. Even then it was not satisfactory. service was not up to the mark.

Hotel in heaven, out of flooded area with delicious food.

It was recommended by my Parents and found it safe in valley and a place with minimal impact of flood in recent times. Food and Hospitality was marvelous, location and connectivity is good. Recommendations to any one who wants to live for at least once in the lap of valley(heaven on earth).
