Hotel disappointing
Facilities and all-inclusive formula not at the height of a 4 star. Fortunately the staff is very friendly and caring (housekeepers, flora, and the entertainment team gaspard and Léa) I am not talking about the boss who makes no effort to welcome his customers. Smells of terrible sewage in the lobby of the hotel, it rains in the middle of the bar and in the ping pong room (only 2 wooden rackets all damaged and the rest pool, table football, darts for a fee). When we arrive we are promised a salty buffet from 4pm to 5pm the children had not eaten since the morning, nothing ever happened so we have an ice cream at the bar that we are charged. We settle down for an aperitif at the bar we are served cocktails in our all-inclusive formula and after 3 days we are told that it is paid we have never seen this in other hotels, if we had even been warned that it was just for the beginning of the stay...

An above average hotel.
This is a nice hotel, on the quieter part of the island. Staff were very helpful on arrival and made sure we ate before doing paperwork. A nice, kind environment and safe for kids. Hotel rooms were great, spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable. Food was good, however mainly aimed at the more European guest (france/Germany etc). Entertainment was limited, and again mostly in French or German. I also think due to being early in the season it was limited. (But I don't mean it was bad in any way). Service was overall good, with friendly vibe. Would like to see more entertainment for adults in the evening. I would rate this as a nice 3 star hotel.
