Very nice hotel & staff

Very nice hotel , the staff are lovely and helpful. Location is very convenient to everywhere. Pool and bar are lovely and clean would really recommend

Bad.

The only reason they get 2 points is because they had some fantastic bartenders and nice pool. We didn't get housekeeping 3/6 days, dirty bath (yellow coating) and a terrible breakfast buffet. The days we got housekeeping it was also bad. We were empty of hand soap and shower soap the whole stay. Got a towel that smelled like a horse and no one cost the floors for sand. 2 of the days we also did not get new towels. We bought a buffet one day, and when we got down we thought it was closed because there was almost no light there. The bread and cereal taste old. The eggs were really hard and not good. The food was simply not edible. One of the receptionists was not service set and our last day there was screaming and smelling with the doors until 6:00 in the morning. None of the staff did anything to stop this. This is a hotel you visit if you want a cheap hotel and nothing else.

Cassandra Palma Hotel

Hello, first of all the staff are nice, Rafael and Pedro gave us a very good welcome. Regarding the hotel, I would like to point out that the Wi-Fi is paid, €4 per day. The pool entrance is from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. There is a game room (paid), a lounge, and a drink and popcorn vending machine. The rooms are small with a balcony. It is difficult to park. I advise you to rent a car to get around.

Cheap and cheerful

Arrived to find a smart looking hotel and a very friendly man on the front desk
given the key to 501 nice pool view room small and clean if a little tired in need of a good painting
Aircon of full so the room was quiet cold couldn't turn it off had to get the remote from reception 15 euro deposit same for tv remote
No kettle or fridge got kettle from the man at reception
Small balcony with 2 chairs one broken no table
Small clean but tired bathroom with the world's smallest bath
Shower head sprayed all over as wall bracket not suitable
Reported twice but was told it was fine it wasn't
Breakfast was ok if a little limited bar at the pool was the only one open and nothing after 1800 love cafebar next-door
All in all you get what you pay for
It was a cheap hotel and served a purpose
