Excellent location with beach, harbour, ancient ruins and restaurants within easy walking distance. Good air conditioning and daily room cleaning if you want it. People very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 weeks very comfortably.

Bad

A business that was taken over by 30 sports fans and we could never get help with sound. It's clear why it's bad. There is still a lot to say, but I only give 1 star and pass.

For one night you adapt

The property would also have potential, the apartments are large, with the terrace and the location is great near the ferry port and the center of Kos, but in a quiet side street.
Unfortunately, however, the structure is old and no one does maintenance since the air conditioning is broken, the bathroom drain makes a tremendous noise, the shutters do not close and everything is pretty decadent.
For a passing night you can adapt, but nothing more.

Orrore Bristol

Luckily I stayed at Bristol one night with my family passing by Kos and it was too much. The hotel is located near the port, in a shabby side street, flanked by a renovated structure. Arrived very late we found the reception door wide open and accessible to everyone. The hotel is cramped, neglected, with hanging wires everywhere. The room with small kitchenette, with old furniture and little clean. The view from the horrible terrace.

It was ok. Nice big room with balcony and kitchenette. Clean and bed made up each day. However bathroom smelled bad and poor communication with host. No one available in reception.
