Booked for two nights and had to leave early, wouldn't refund the 2nd night, which is fine. Email said the room would stay ours whether we were in or not (since we paid non-refundable ) .
But then after we came back from lunch, they had already double booked someone else in our room. No one to complain to since self-check in.

Moderate
The location was one of the best of the island right in the main square Miaouli.
Nevertheless the room was poorly renovated in a very cunning and bad way.
Very small and uncomfortable especially the bathroom.
We were very bothered by the smell in the bathroom from the siphons as the bad smell came all the time.
It didn't have many places to touch your things especially in the bathroom which became too small and uncomfortable and the shower was like being in a dressing room.
The cleanliness is moderate.
It is generally bustling but it is justified because it is in the center of the island.
The elevator was a very bad experience since it is very small had max 150kg and if you moved it stopped in the middle.
A person could just get in with his suitcases.
The price could have been lower than the benefits.
Overall the staff we met was polite and helpful.
If you are interested in the view and not so much the comfort is the most suitable place.

Caution
I had money withdrawn from my account without my approval without my permission, and without having any prior information from the hotel.
I would suggest not passing your card details to avoid the same scam. Obviously I asked the hotel why all this happened, more than a month and a half has passed and I have no answer.
