Slightly biased since arrived late at night and didn't sample the Breakfast - but since its similar in all Mercures....
Friendly staff and the parking seemed adequate.
We had a family room, which was actually a suite where the sofabed became a large double bed. This was a highlight; being able to have the adults separate from the teenagers.
Nothing 'special', but its very conveniently located (though you do need Satnav to find it easily). A very entertaining 'Minitel' (French Ceefax on steroids / early internet competitor) theme running throughout the building - which gives it character.
In summary, this was a new find for us and we'll probably use it again and ask for a similarly configured room explicitly next time.

Average hotel, reasonable rooms and large beds.

Located on an industrial estate on a link road to Paris.
The hotel is not close to the metro or rail .
Reasonable rooms , small lobby bar , average breakfast .
Ok for short stay.
A couple of reasonable places to eat nearby .
Best way to access is to get the B train from Paris to messey and then Uber.

This was the 4th time I stayed at this hotel over the course of 18 months. Personally I think standards have slipped. General cleanliness of the hotel has slipped. The first time I stayed here I gave it 5 stars for cleanliness. 18 months later the standard has dropped. A trash bin at the entrance to the hotel was full and stayed this way for 3 nights, I left today and it still was not emptied. My room was clean enough to not complain but could have been better. The overhead shower head was full of limescale and the jets of water suffered as a result. The bin in my bathroom was full with sanitary towels and had not been emptied prior to my arrival.
Breakfast choice has also slipped over the time, jams rarely replaced and a poor selection of available food to be blunt.
Overall nice enough to stay but the hotel has proved it can do better.

Disappointment.

Several details that are individually anecdotal but taken together reveal approximate management of the hotel.
We booked a family suite from Friday, May 22 to Sunday, May 24. This is the first time in an Accor hotel that we wake up with a backache due to remarkably soft bedding. The mattress must have been quite old...
The hotel's online description mentions a Nespresso coffee maker. It is certainly present, but instead of cups, there are cardboard cups that are too large to fit under the spout.
The shower is indeed renovated, but the glass is so small that it is impossible not to flood the floor. I was somewhat embarrassed for the housekeeping staff...
Given the sustained heat this weekend, we hoped to be cool in the room thanks to the air conditioning, but it was in vain. It was not working. I reported it to the front desk, who responded that they did not anticipate such temperatures and that the system had not been activated. Yet this heat had been forecasted by the weather for at least a week.
On the Accor website, the presentation photo of the hotel is the pool. In this regard, I had chosen the late check-out option on Sunday for 40 euros to be able to enjoy it. But surprise, when I went to enjoy it with my family, I found that it was closed. A hotel staff member explained to us again that they had not anticipated such heat and that the opening period for it had not started yet! After baking in the room, we finally left around 1 PM.
Moreover, the card had been deactivated at noon even though we had chosen the late check-out option. The young lady at the front desk explained to us that they could not technically do otherwise. It's frustrating!
Finally, at breakfast time, I went to the restroom at the front desk. Besides the fact that the handle almost came off in my hand, I turned back upon seeing the seat smeared with feces... I understand that this may happen, but it does not promote a 'cozy' image of the hotel.
All these details combined allow us to affirm that we will no longer stay at this Mercure.
