Very friendly staff at reception. Location is nice, private parking spaces and just 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

Good choice for an overnight stop.

The hotel was a good choice - the staff were all very friendly, and the rooms were well equipped and clean. The location is a bit further out of town than we anticipated. It took about 20 minutes to walk from there into the centre, which is fine, but I wouldn't want to do it at night-time.
The town is lovely, once you get into the historic Little Venice area - but, as expected, quite busy.

Fast, cool and quiet

The booking/reservation went fine and was arranged quickly.
The room was, despite the limited size, fine and by the air conditioning nice and cool with the hot weather. Nice that we could park in the parking lot near the hotel.
Overall fine for a short visit to Colmar on the return trip to the Netherlands.

Book directly is not rewarded

Great hotel outside the city center. Center is a fifteen minute walk. Through Booking the room was offered for EUR 136. I did not book through Booking, but directly on arrival at the hotel and had to pay the same. If I had booked through Booking, the hotel would have had to pay at least 20% of the EUR 136 to Booking. Strange and unhospitable that they do this. When I said something about this, the receptionist knew nothing. Price/quality ratio is also not good.
Furthermore nice people and my bike could be in a container that locks in the night.

Nothing but good things to say about these two nights spent with you! Very friendly and professional welcome! Luxury. Spacious rooms and a breakfast room with very generous offerings!
