Hotel to avoid absolutely.

Shameful hotel. To flee without any hesitation.
Catastrophic hygiene: dirt everywhere, filthy elevator never cleaned, floors and walls repugnant. Room not made despite the request, forced to beg towels and toilet paper.
Breakfast = total scam: thawed products, poor quality, ridiculous quantities. This is unacceptable.
Outdated furniture, run-down places, nothing is maintained.
And at the height: we ask you 10 € more initially for their own mistake.
An undignified establishment, it is an emergency health check.

The hotel needs extensive renovation. It’s old, and because of that, it was smelly. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English.

Do not book!!!!!!!

Absolute disaster, we have already been to many hotels this year, this one was the smash, already at the entrance you can see that not much is being done here. The tables from the breakfast room are right next to the reception, totally boarded up, many broken places, unclean room. In the elevator, it smells like waste (which comes from the waste being stored on level 0 on the other side of the elevator door). The rooms seem at first glance well ok, look around, the curtains dirty, the chairs dirty with tipped coffee from the curtain, the floor lacks a hallway, the glasses are not usable, tea without kettle not feasible (with the glasses you didn't want that in the end either), the fan heater in the bathroom broken, in front of the bathing vane 5cm tiles ended, in between dirt channel, mold in the joints. The lamps at the bed perforated, dirt everywhere, because not really even in the corners is cleaned. Heating didn't really work, despite set 28 degrees, it didn't get warm, thank God we had our electric blankets with us. No room service, breakfast also a disaster, we came down about 8:45, everything was already empty, the coffee machine did not work at all, even glasses for O-juice, after another guest had already complained about this condition, two baguettes for 10 people came after 30 minutes. We don't come here anymore, unless the owner changes and it is completely renovated!

I appreciated the room upgrade. Dust on the ceiling panels everywhere. Not a huge deal but it wouldn't be long to vacuum tor dust off these once every 3 months. I found it annoying not to have any hot water in the shower at midnight and at 6.30am. Apart from late night and early morning hot water was fine. I didn't have these observations during prior stays 2 years ago and earlier this month as I come stay regularly at this hotel. I'll still return because location is convenient for my particular needs. Front desk friendly.

Clean but... the curtain was on the floor, there was no chair in the room, there is no fixture to hold the shower head, all the furniture is in extremely used condition, the heater works sometimes, there are no lamps next to the bed, there was no art or decoration hanging on any wall. This is a 1-star hotel.
