Enjoy nature and tranquility in romantic cottage

Do you like a great view, beautiful walks and bike rides through a beautiful undulating landscape and enjoy yourself in a garden full of privacy? Then the romantic cottage Maison Machecourt next to Villa Champallement is an excellent choice. Champallement is a quiet village in the Nievre in central France, where time seems to have stood still. From the garden of the cottage you look out for miles over the green hills and you don't even have to be very lucky to see a few roe deer passing by. The cottage itself is small but fine, with a surprisingly spacious bathroom, a bedroom and a living room/kitchen, which has everything you need. In short, a great place to relax for a short or longer time.

A warm welcome, a wonderful rest and a fantastic view from the garden make a visit well worthwhile.

You feel like going back in time in a room decorated like a hundred years ago.

A perfect stay

We felt at home. This is the essence of our stay at Villa Champallement. Jacqueline and Gerben are a couple that anticipate what you may need before you ask. Always smiling they a positive presence and exquisite hosts. Jacqueline is also a very good cook and if you like dining with a stunning view, you are sure a perfect meal will make you happy. What saying more…that we will be back next year
