Can’t imagine a better hotel in Bayeux!

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location in the heart of Bayeux. We stayed for 3 nights and could not have been happier. Our room was on the third floor and was beautifully decorated and also had 2 large windows providing great light and also a view of the magnificent cathedral. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a wonderful walk in shower with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning worked very well which was crucial as we were there during a bit of a heat wave. The staff at the front desk were all friendly and very helpful (plus they speak English very well). Special recognition to Kimberley and Muriel! The bar and restaurant are convenient and welcoming. I can’t comment on the quality of the food as we did not eat there during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay there again if we are fortunate enough to visit the Normandy area again the future. I would rate this 10 stars if that were an option!

Best Hotel on our Trip

Loved the hotel! So beautiful and the Suite we stayed at was amazing, very big and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay there again!! Great for families <3

A Memorable Stay at Hotel Villa Lara

Loved the Hotel Villa Lara! The room was great and service even better! The location is central and within walking distance of all the sites and restaurants of Bayeux. The breakfast buffet is fabulous and the gift shop lovely. Definitely recommend the hotel Villa Lara!

The perfect choice in this lovely Norman village - in the heart of everything and private parking was a treat.

Beautiful Small Luxury hotel - excellent room and the staff was all very warm and helpful - actually eager to help which has become more of a rarity. It is a classic hotel in a perfect location. This the THE place to stay in Bayeux, which is a wonderfully charming village. Great choice for anyone coming to visit the Normandy D-Day Landing area.

Splendid hotel in the heart of Bayeux

Wonderful hotel in Bayeux! It is perfectly located, comfortable, and very charming! Our hosts were all attentive and welcoming and very helpful. I look forward to staying here again.
