very welcome

An excellent welcome from the boss. quiet and impeccable rooms.
Recommended hotel for family stays. We relay the city center on foot easily for evening walks to the hot springs.I advise you, parking in front of the entrance a big advantage for luggage more the boss offers to help you again thank you for this pleasant stay

Road trip in a MX-5 with friends.

Absent manager, no bread at breakfast, very poor presentation, questionable cleanliness of the restrooms, noise from the river (poor sound insulation), nonexistent welcome... Terrible and shameful!

All right.

Quiet room for 3 located on the river side is spacious with a closet ( convenient to store luggage ) a mini fridge as well as a microwave and a Senseo .
The bedding is of good quality , the only downside to the hot water in the bathroom (be patient) but this is specified .
Even if there is no one on arrival the access to the hotel is very easy ( digi code communicated when booking) and parking located right next door and a plus.
The staff is nice and friendly.
During a next visit , we will be back with pleasure.

The bruise

I went with 2 friends to this hotel. As soon as we arrived, the man at the counter greeted us quite normally. You gonna tell me everything's okay? Well, NO! On arriving in the room, an unpleasant smell engulfed it. The bathroom was not equipped with soap, forced to break his back in the bathtub to get some. The hot shower water literally takes 5 to 10 minutes to arrive. But we are in a hotel, aren’t we? The most important thing is the beds and comfort to have a good night. Know that it was not at the rendezvous... The mattresses were AWFULLY HARD and rigid, there are like bumps in the whole mattress to believe you sleep on a black track! Pillows? So soft that it seems to sleep on the mattress. And finally, THE STAFF. The man at the “window” was NEVER THERE, we had to wait at the entrance of the hotel but no one would come to open, when I called them, they hung up on me twice. All this to say, take a tent but save your 100€ for a good restaurant.

To flee

Ghost hotel, never anyone at reception. Fortunately I had called the day before my stay as a precaution and that's when I was given the digicode. Otherwise on arrival I would have been stuck outside. Nobody warned me. No hot water in the bathroom.
