Depends on if you get a deal...

We got a deal so it was the same price as surrounding hotels and then it's worth the money. It's a bit soviet and dated but has a pool and a decent breakfast. It's not worth the regular asking price but if you get some money off, go ahead. Pool is outside so not good for rain etc.
Also, there's a nightclub there, not sure how the noise is during the nights when that thing's open.

Look elsewhere

No one on reception when we arrived. The hotel is dated and has a nasty oder, probably the shabby carpets. Room was ok i guess nothing special and TV didnt work. Was on the entrance side so very noisy especially with the nightclub there. Maybe they should put young families on the other side. The breakfast was a joke, nothing left....it had been raided by the group of go karters staying there. The worse thing was seeing 3 completely drunk guests naked by the pool wrapped in duvets and unconscious, beer bottles everywhere..... Do management not work??????

Keep looking

We stayed there as part of an organized tour. This is soviet style hotel where everything is built for function. Rooms are large. Ask reception for hair dryer. Our bed had the large dip in the middle. The curtains are totally inadequate for the window sizes and offer no privacy. Our room faced the pool through a separate door. Anyone in the pool area could see into the room because of inadequate curtains. Windows did not open and no A/C. Because we stayed during a heat wave, we kept the pool access door wide open all night to cool the room. The problem is that the local teens did sneak into the 'secluded' pool area for an evening swim. I checked the access door the teens used and it would not lock because the mechanisms between door and jamb did not meet. It was impossible to lock the door and keep the teens out. Bathroom sink was cumbersome to access. Breakfast was adequate. Others in our party did have rooms with windows that could open for ventilation.

Good place for a large group

This time we traveled with big group (35 persons) and this was almost the only place on Island where we could stay. At the first moment I was surprised, that hotel is named as "spa" - it didn't look like spa hotel, but inside hotel and rooms all was ok - clean and quiet, big bed... Children were happy for swimming pool - for us it was too cold, but for them - just in time!
We had ordered dinner - broccoli soup was excellent, potato with goulash and salads - 7 from 10, sweet cream with berries - could be more sweeter. :) Breakfast without surprises - porridge, omelet, sausages, bread, vegetables, muesli, fruits.
But, it I will come to Hiiumaa again, I will look for some smaller place.

Just a normal guest house, not sure about the "spa" part

We stayed for one night. The hotel is near one of the bigger roads. It is easy to reach but the signs on the road are slightly confusing. There was a sign "hotel 900m" but it did not clearly indicate that we should turn right. So, we drove straight and had to turn around after realizing that we have gone in the wrong direction.
The rooms are fairly basic and look a bit dated. But they were nice enough for us. The breakfast consisted of yoghurt, vegetables, bread, sliced sausage, cheese and some other things. We noticed that the food on the plates was replenished quite quickly, even though we were the only guests eating at that time. (The place looked quite empty when we visited.)
There was an outdoor swimming pool. It is possible that "spa" in the hotel name is an exaggeration - we had a sheet of paper in the room listing the available spa procedures and the list looked quite short, consisting of some types of massage and manicure and pedicure. But we were looking for a simple place to stay for one night (not spa) - so, we were quite happy with this hotel.
