Family holiday in a beautiful setting in Sahl Hasheesh
We stayed 9 nights with young children in this hotel, and the overall experience was very positive.
The hotel is ideally located at the end of Sahl Hasheesh Bay, in a quiet and secure environment. The bay is superb: clean, well maintained and really nice. It reminded us of Vilamoura in Portugal for the neat and harmonious side. The hotel gardens are also very well maintained and pleasant, which reinforces the general setting.
The beach is a real highlight: clear water, beautiful blue, with excellent transparency. Be careful, however, there are coral reefs as soon as you enter the sea, which makes water shoes highly recommended for more comfort.
The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Wi-Fi is excellent in the rooms (with router) and works well in the common areas. The lack of Wi-Fi in restaurants is ultimately a good point, as it prevents customers from monopolizing tables for too long. The bedding is fine, but could be improved.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated their effectiveness when we recovered a lost item without difficulty.
The all-inclusive formula is very complete, with food available almost continuously. Breakfasts are varied and of good quality. Overall, the food is good, with several protein choices at each meal, although it could be a little more refined. The only downside is the restaurant service: some dishes are not replenished quickly enough and glasses or cutlery may be missing.
The facilities are of good level: well equipped gym, swimming pools (one of which is very pleasant heated), dynamic entertainment and kids club well appointed. The atmosphere at the beach with DJ is a real plus.
Some work is underway (restaurants and some common areas), which may give the impression that some spaces are a little small at the moment, but it seems temporary and promising for the future.
It should also be noted that the majority of guests are from Russia and neighbouring countries, which can influence the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
In summary, despite a few minor points to improve, the value for money is excellent. This is a hotel we definitely recommend, especially for families, and we would gladly return.

Wasn't great! Long honest rewiew
My score reflects my experience of the hotel and reception and cleaning services and shops.
I booked this holiday though love holidays i have never used them before so thought I'd give it ago.
3 months before I left for the holiday I found out by reading reviews there were major restoration works going on at the hotel so I contacted love holidays to see when work would be completed they said by the 30th May 2026 I was going on the 5th June 2026 so happy days a nice new restored hotel....... How wrong was I!!!!!
We got to the hotel late at night so couldn't really get a angle on things until the morning but there was a massive wooden wall outside main reception.
Went to book in given key and towel cards no directions to where our room was so went for a walk and managed to find it half hour later.
Went to set up wifi but no password on the welcome pack if that's what you call it was just the little paper envelope with your cards in so back up to reception to ask and they pointed at the password on the counter why they didn't show me before I went to my room who knows!
The next morning we woke up to banging and disc cutters looked outside a see a building site the hotel was and is far from done.
Lots of trip Hazzards wires all over the floors bare electric wires poking out though ducting lots of unfinished surfaces on the floors kids pool not in use as all work going on around it the noise was horrendous. Pool is not filtering properly as water level is to low so didn't use that at all tiles look dirty in the pool also.
We used the beach everyday due to hotel complex being unusable.
Beach is busy and packed in like sardines as people do like to barricade the front so it's difficult to get to the Sea but once you get to the water that is absolutely stunning crystal clear and has a underwater ruins manmade you can snorkel around with so many fish.
There are many dangerous fish in there also so be vigilant boxfish pufferfish barracuda houndfish blue ringed rays that sort of thing. I do think they should have warning boards up letting you know what is in there as some of these can be fatal.
The beach staff were great always up for a chat with you.
The drinks are constantly brought to you which is nice abdulhak was a great hard working young man with amazing people skills a great credit to the hotel management could learn a lot off this young man he is there for the people.
The hotel has 4 a la carte restaurants

Mexican -very good
Italian -Amazing
Main restaurant-breakfast and dinner
Absolutely minging don't waste your time with main restaurant it's all cold and not a great option there see the a la carte managers and slip them some cash and you can use them as you only get to use them once in 11 days
Grill is just a few tables on a strip of sand between the Italian and the ice cream building you pick some rather rough looking meat and you get to cook it yourself! Took us ages to find it as the picture on the app shows a fully functional restaurant so very misleading.
Mongolian was amazing you chose what you want and chef cooks it for you really tasty and very clean.
Mexican is very good but the only problem I had was they rush you half way through the starter they bring the main out so starts going cold.
Italian was beautiful good food good service and a nice clean area chef is really amazing chef too food looks restaurant quality.
That's as far as the good bits go really.
I went back to my room at about 4pm one afternoon to get something and when I walked in there were two men standing there I had to double check I was in the right room!
I asked what are you doing in here they said we are taking the single bed i said why how do you know I don't need it did you ring or come and find me first the answer was a no! Now I didn't need the bed but the point is you can't just come into my room when you feel like it a take stuff I could have been on holiday with a family member they don't know so I kicked them out and went to reception they shrugged it off so got hold of love holidays and managed to get a meeting with the reception manager about it was offered a free spa but declined as that's not a bit of me I was happy with an apology love holidays also gave me a £223 refund due to the noise and work going on.
The shops next to the spa which are owned by the hotel but rented out at the front of the hotel some are good some are bad.
The bag man is brilliant gives you a great deal and doesn't rip you off very good fair prices.
The shop where you by soaps and spices again very good fair prices and a really nice man.
T-shirt shop avoid this place I had picked 4 t-shirts and a football kit for my grandsons agreed a price of £35 GBP he put it in his card reader in Egyptian but was over charging me by £5 I said its the wrong price and I showed him on the live exchange rate he kept saying I was wrong after about 10 minutes I said don't worry I will go somewhere else and left the shop he came out and grabbed my arm hard and wouldn't let go I said on 3 occasions to let go he wouldn't so I yanked my arm away and had to shout don't touch me. He went back into his shop.
The convenience shop for food next door is a rip off again 2 pots of Pringles two bottles of pop a pack of biscuits and a tiny gift he added more money when I got distracted I checked my bank when I got back £49 they charged me and wouldn't give me a refund so swerve that shop!!!!
After the T-shirt incident we walked back to the room I said I'm just going to the little shop next to crazy fruits to get a bottle of Pepsi I was still quiet angry at the time. I got there and the man kept saying come in come in I said I'm not interested I just want a bottle of drink he was so close to my face I could smell his breath I said back off and go away I just want a drink then he tried to sell me cannabis which really put my back up I pushed him away and told him to go away in different wording!!!! I ended up walking 10 minutes up the road to another shop which was fixed prices and really fair prices go there if you need to get anything it's just passed the pharmacy.
I reported these incidents to the hotel management which called me up for another meeting they apologized and again offered me a spa I said I'm not interested this is a 5* hotel and this shouldn't happen getting grabbed getting offered drugs it's awful kids are about and if they see what happened or see drugs laying about and ate some it's a big problem they said leave it with us and we will give you a outcome in 1:30 hrs I never heard back what happened.
So my own personal experience at this hotel was not a great one but these are based on my own experiences and opinion on this hotel
In its current situation I would not be placing this as a 5 * it's and very loose 3* at a push.
Reception needs to work on their people skills and tell you information on arrival.
Bar staff waiting staff restaurant staff lifeguards and towel shack staff are a absolute credit hard working and a pleasure to talk too.
I won't be coming back to the pyrisima hotel or using their brand again really disappointed.

4 adults, 14 nights, two rooms - 30 minutes from the airport, reception helpful, free (good) wifi throughout including the rooms, pool and beach. 70% of holidaymakers are Russian. The rest include Brits, Italians, Germans and others. Staff service was exceptional, constantly cleaning and very friendly.
Rooms are clean and ours was freshly decorated with a walk in shower and seating outside. The second room was just as good, with a balcony, both had air conditioning and a safe.
Food in the main food hall/ restaurant was excellent. Large variety to choose from and always found a table.
Beach is nice but better when the tide is in because there are a few stones as you walk in. Drinks served to us on the beach too. Towels available and fresh everyday. Pool was clean and again not too busy. Occasional entertainment both at the pool and beach during our stay. Also in the main pool bar every evening.
Building works: improvements underway and yes there’s noise but you can’t really hear it on the beach. We’ve been to Hurgharda and Sharm several times and this is a 5 star for the area. We suspect the work has resulted in a heavy discount because looking at next year the price goes up considerably.
Tip: those wearing silver bands are first timers. Gold bands signify a retuning visitor and they get certain additional benefits.
All in all a good hotel if you want a bargain before the work is finished and the price increases.

Lovely stay
It's been a while from my stay in Pyramisa Resort Sahl Hasheesh but this holiday still is a great memory and amazing stay for its value.
The rooms are clearly recently renovated, which you can feel straight away. Everything is fresh, clean and comfortable, so it’s actually nice to spend time there, not just sleep. They were spacious, modern and bathroom was a great place to relax after long day at the beach.
Big plus for the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful and just easygoing, which made the whole experience much more relaxed. Great shoutout for Ahmed from beach bar who took great care of us and ensured we had all we needed.
The beach is honestly one of the best parts of this hotel. It’s wide, clean and perfect for chilling. Also, the tides are barely noticeable, so you don’t get that annoying situation where the sea suddenly disappears. you truly can enjoy swimming there at any time of day but I would still recommend getting swimming shoes for your own comfort.
The animation team is doing an amazing job. They bring good energy, organize activities, but at the same time they’re not pushy, which I personally really appreciated. Animation program various depending on the day and if you want to party you get the opportunity to join the Animation team at the night club in best clubs in Hurghada
What's more I have to mention DJ Mans – he’s on another level. The vibe he creates in the evenings is just something else. To be honest, he alone could be a reason to come to this hotel. He caters for all the tourists and plays any kind of music there is. You can be sure you will have great evening whenever he is behind the console

Amazing experience
It is my second stay at this resort. The location of this resort is perfect for me in the quiet Salh Hasheesh, better than in the crowded Hurghada. I had a wonderful stay and a truly relaxing holiday. The hotel’s atmosphere, restaurants, service and overall experience were excellent.
A special thank you to Sayed from the management team for the attention to detail and the professional way everything was handled throughout my stay. Everything felt well organised, smooth and under control from the moment I arrived.
The upgraded room, restaurant reservations and overall guest care made the experience feel very special.
Even though the hotel is still under renovation, the work did not affect me at all.
The room had a nice view of the pool. It was very clean and tidy every day, and the housekeeper supplied clean towels.
I especially like the Mexican restaurant on the beach, a quiet place with a nice view of the Red Sea, amazing food and lovely staff—a special thank you to Ahmed.
Thank you for the hospitality – I will definitely remember this holiday warmly, think of returning and recommend it to others.
A special thank you to Sayed from the management team for the attention to detail and the professional way everything was handled throughout my stay. Everything felt well organised, smooth and under control from the moment I arrived.
The upgraded room, restaurant reservations and overall guest care made the experience feel very special.
Even though the hotel is still under renovation, the work did not affect me at all.
The room had a nice view of the pool. It was very clean and tidy every day, and the housekeeper supplied clean towels.
I especially like the Mexican restaurant on the beach, a quiet place with a nice view of the Red Sea, amazing food and lovely staff—a special thank you to Ahmed.
Thank you for the hospitality – I will definitely remember this holiday warmly, think of returning and recommend it to others.
