Quirky and cool with a sense of humor that actually works
Soooo cool! This place is like Soho House and the coolest Airbnb you ever saw made a baby and gave it a sense of humor. So quirky but also comfy and practical. Really really nice change from the usual corporate snoresville. I need to think of more reasons to visit Copenhagen so I can stay again. Loved it

Great ambiance with excellent service.
We were in Copenhagen for a long weekend. The 25hours Hotel is a really nice place right in the middle of Copenhagen. The historic building is truly unique with its entrance area. I particularly liked the tapestries. The vinyl room was also a cool space to linger and connect with others. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was very friendly and professional. We have already stayed in several 25hours hotels. All were interesting and individually designed. This is absolutely necessary too! Highly recommended!

Overpriced - vastly undertrained staff and service
The staff is inept. They told me my room was ready then abruptly said it wasn't after we fetched our luggage. They ran out of robes. No one at the front desk was able to help me with the hotel bike rental except to make different excuses each day.
They told me the bike was reserved for an event. Then they said it was rented by another family. Then they said it was at a sister hotel.
This hotel is beautiful. It is not run properly whatsoever. There is no concept of understanding how a guest should be served after paying thousands of dollars.

Good experience at this individual & quirky hotel.
Very good experience at this hotel. Individual & quirky design with friendly staff. Very refreshing to have a mini-bar in the bedroom that you could refresh from reception without cost! The Tuburg Classic was particularly nice. Unusually for Scandinavia the AC system did prove to be adequate during our stay. The location is just off some of the historic shopping streets.

Excellent location, good amenities
Perfect location in the Latin Quarter of Copenhagen, ideally situated for exploring the city but also to/from the airport (less than a 10-minute walk from the metro that takes you there directly).
Fairly large room, with original and warm decor (even if there is a lack of space to put your suitcase) and with great bedding. The sink in the room concept is something to consider if you wish to share it.
Complete and varied breakfast buffet, with fresh products.
One downside, however, regarding the reception, which was a bit cold, even distant, with the exception of the bartender.
