Would recommend!

This hotel was perfect for a midweek city break. We had a lovely welcome from the reception team and stored our bags when we first arrived after our morning flight. We then came back to check in later, and our room was clean, spacious and had blackout blinds which were really helpful! The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the booking, check in and check out were smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a central, clean, friendly hotel.

Service well below 4-star standard and inconsistent guest handling throughout stay

Functional. The room had the necessary facilities for the stay.
But the service was extremely poor and far below what would be expected from a 4-star hotel. Throughout the stay, I encountered situations that were both frustrating and embarrassing for a paying guest.
The most absurd example was a simple request for an extra pillow. It was initially refused, then promised, but never delivered. When I returned to the hotel around 1:00 a.m., the receptionist could not access the storage room and handed me a sofa cushion instead of a proper pillow. No replacement was provided the following day, and I was left using this improvised solution for the remainder of my stay.
This was not an isolated incident. The staff consistently lacked empathy, initiative, and a genuine willingness to help. Stay somewhere else.

This hotel stinks of sewage.
Tried to get an extra blanket on the first night because of my height it was too short.
Was told that there would be a charge for it.
On the second night was told extra blankets were not available. Staff were very unhelpful.
Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The best hotel

I stayed at this hotel last week and I want to say that it was one of the best accommodations I’ve experienced so far. The room was large and spacious, very warm, with a modern TV, an extremely comfortable and restful bed, and excellent cleanliness. The location of the hotel is great, as the metro station is an 8–9 minute walk away, the tram station is about 10 minutes away, and the old town is reachable in 12–14 minutes. The breakfast was very tasty and varied, and the staff were extremely kind and friendly.

Hotel correct

The hotel is well located, in a quiet street, 100m from a very shopping avenue and about 10/15min from the main square of Prague. We booked a Deluxe Double room, a little expensive but certainly because of the period (Christmas). The room is spacious and clean, with tea/coffee and shampoo provided. On the other hand, you will have 2 small single duvets for a double bed, special concept.
Breakfast is included and hearty. The staff is very friendly.
