Comfortable & enjoyable stay
It's located on quite a busy street, but quiet once you're inside. We had a nice warm welcome, & really liked our room on the third floor which was basic but clean, & there's an elevator for access to the higher floors.
Breakfast was down in the basement with plenty of seating, & typical European buffet-style.
Only a couple of things maybe could have been better - the TV in our room didn't work, there was no kettle in our room to make a morning cuppa (which we really missed!) and, as vegetarians, very little in the way of hot food we could enjoy for a hearty breakfast.
These are only minor points though, but worth mentioning perhaps.
All in all, it does what it says on the tin, & we had a lovely long weekend based here to explore this amazing city.
Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

Good location, but disappointing stay
Significant construction work was taking place directly outside the room window, with loud drilling and building noise starting from approximately 7am each morning. There was no prior notice of this, and the noise made it difficult to rest.
The room appeared only surface-cleaned. There was visible mould in the corners, the carpet looked worn and not freshly cleaned, and the shower gel dispenser was empty on arrival, suggesting the room had not been fully checked before check-in. The room also had very limited natural light and felt quite dark and enclosed, making it uncomfortable to spend time in beyond sleeping.
The location itself is convenient and well positioned for exploring Prague. For travellers looking for a low-cost option purely as a place to sleep, it may be adequate. However, it is not a space suited to relaxing or spending extended time in the room.
Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and resulted in an early departure.

Comfortable stay, but not suitable for limited mobility
I have mobility issues, and in my opinion, this hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The layout presents several challenges that could be difficult and, at times, unsafe.
On a positive note, our flight was changed last minute, so we needed to extend our stay by one night. Initially, this meant changing rooms, but after emailing the hotel, they responded almost immediately and arranged for us to stay in the same room throughout. This was very helpful and much appreciated.
We were informed that there are no safes in the rooms, although small valuables like passports can be left at reception. We chose not to use this option.
We stayed in a standard twin room on the third floor. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Towels were changed daily, and the beds were made each day without any issues. Toiletries were provided in a squeezy bottle (shampoo and body wash) in both the shower and by the sink. One downside was that the shower head holder was broken, meaning we had to hold it while showering. Although we reported it, it took two days to be fixed.
A highlight of the room was the excellent soundproofing. Despite being on a very busy main road, the double-layered windows blocked out nearly all noise when fully closed. A desk fan was also provided, which was useful, although I imagine the room could become quite warm and noisy in summer if windows need to be opened.
The room included a fridge, which was a bonus, but there were no tea or coffee making facilities. However, after explaining I needed hot water for medication, the gentleman at reception kindly provided a kettle and tea tray, which was a thoughtful touch (although milk was not included).
Accessibility throughout the hotel was a major concern. The lift stops between floors, meaning stairs are always required, either up or down. The stairwell and corridor lights are also on a timer, at one point, they went out while I was halfway down the stairs, leaving us in complete darkness. As someone with mobility difficulties, this felt very unsafe, and my daughter had to use her phone torch so I could see.
The breakfast area is located down a long, steep flight of stairs, and the lift does not reach this level. On our first morning, the gentleman receptionist offered me the use of a staff lift which is key operated, which made access much easier. However, this was refused by a different staff member the following day. While the breakfast itself was good, with a nice variety and unlimited drinks, the layout was not ideal. The food and seating areas are separate, there are a couple of tables in the food area but these were full, which results in guests having to carry plates and drinks through a corridor. As I use a walking stick and couldn’t find a tray, this was quite difficult.
In summary, one of the reception staff was excellent and very accommodating, but the level of service was inconsistent. The room itself was comfortable, but the hotel has significant accessibility limitations that should be carefully considered before booking.
