Nice apartment hotel

Napa Gem
When arriving at the apartment hotel, I was meet by a hospitality worker who told me how to handle different installations.
The room was large (apartment with one bedroom) and the balcony was enormous.
Rooms were very clean and nothing was missing anywhere.
You cannot say the same for the balcony. It was really dirty with old Spider web in the corners, hair balls rolling around and so on.
I’m sure they didn’t forget cleaning of balcony on purpose since everything else was clean.
You are never in doubt when the cleaning crew comes around.
They are really noisy and talking together in a loud voice.
This apartment hotel is a “you are on your own “ hotel. Don’t expect a 24/7 reception, shop etc. it is an apartment you are renting, not a hotel concept.
I can only recommend this hotel

Incredible place! Would do back in a heartbeat

Napa gem suites was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in. Super clean, modern and airy. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 10 days, we had a huge bedroom, bathroom, and a living room which has a kitchen and dining table. The terrace we had was really spacious, clean and modern. Maids came every 3 days to clean the apartment, they even gave fresh towels and pool towels each time, they did an amazing job! We’ve recommend all our family and friends to stay here if they’re going to Ayia napa. My boyfriend and I wanted a quiet, luxurious space to stay whilst being in Ayia napa and that’s exactly what we got. £1.50 bus to the nice beaches like Nissi Beach and Makronissos. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to Nissi Beach going the more direct route which was very lively and safe. But we also did a scenic route which was all the way along the coast, taking 30 minutes. 10 minutes walk to the main Ayia Napa strip with all the places to eat and drink. The pool was also amazing!

Not clean, no fresh towels, not as photos show

Napa Gem Suites are apartments not hotels, which means they leave a mop for you to clean your own room. There were spiders in the room, the check in location is different to the rooms and difficult to find. In addition, the reception staff only work from 9-5 so are a nightmare to get hold of if there are any problems.
On arrival at the property, we left to stay somewhere safer and more secure.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Modern, clean, comfortable. Apartments are in smart houses. Air conditioning, housekeeping, many small but important services included. Location is in quiet area, but in a walking to the Main Street, shops, restaurants. Friendly service.
I recommend this place for stay in Ayia Napa.

Lovely place to stay at Ayia Napa

Great and lovely place to stay at Ayia Napa. Modern and clean, it’s few minutes walk to city center, shops, grocery and beaches. Dimitri welcomed us the first day and shared some tips on what to do around. Staff very professional and friendly.
