excellent

Beautiful, modern and high-quality apartment. We have not come across this standard anywhere else. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment also has air conditioning, satellite TV and a private parking space. The bus stop for a stress-free 20-minute trip to the old town is right outside the door.
We felt very comfortable, also with the help of the friendly landlady, who speaks very good German and can give you great tips if you want.

Very good choice for Dubrovnik

Very nice quiet apartment, clean, with comfortable bed, clean bathroom and equipped kitchen. Close to the bus stop to Dubrovnik.
The owner is very helpful and communicative.
The rancho for the kids was not very comfortable.

Perfect for visiting Dubrownik

Everything is perfect, kitchen, beds, bakteriom :-) Very nice owner, very nice apartament. Close to the bus stop, where you can catch a bus to the Old City. We were welcomed with a cold lemonade, which was awesome

Una estancia inolvidable

Hemos estado alojados cuatro días en el mes de septiembre. El apartamento es nuevo y muy acogedor. Tiene de todo desde un tendedero, secador de pelo, utensilios de cocina, microondas hasta una pequeña terraza con sillas y una mesita.
Silvija, la dueña, es una persona encantadora: desde el primer momento te hace sentir como en casa y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites.
Hay un supermercado a 10-15 minutos andando. La parada de autobús tanto de ida como de vuelta está enfrente del apartamento.
La ciudad amurallada está a 15-20 minutos en autobús. El 1A y el 1B te llevan justo a la Puerta Pile.
Si volvemos a Dubrovnik, sin duda este será nuestro apartamento.

Non potevamo sperare di meglio

L'appartamento è graziosissimo, molto pulito e fornito di tutto quello che poteva servirci e anche di più (c'era anche un ombrellone nel caso fossimo voluti andare al mare!).
Silvjia é stata a dir poco gentile: Booking ci aveva erroneamente cancellato la prenotazione facendoci peraltro perdere metà del costo del pernottamento - che si pagava in 2 tranches - e Silvija é stata disponibilissima, ci ha tenuto comunque l'appartamento prenotato e ci ha fatto pagare solo la seconda metà del pagamento. In più il giorno dopo ci ha lasciato tenere la macchina nel parcheggio riservato e ci ha tenuto le valigie finché non siamo ripartiti. Raggiungere Dubrovnik vecchia é davvero comodissimo. Pur avendo noi una macchina a noleggio, abbiamo preso sempre l'autobus: la fermata è letteralmente sotto casa e l'autobus passa ogni 10 minuti fino a tarda sera (non abbiamo mai aspettato più di 5 minuti), ci si mette una ventina di minuti ad arrivare a destinazione ma considerando quanto è affollata Dubrovnik cercare parcheggio richiederebbe sicuramente più tempo - e soldi - e poi la vista lungo il percorso è talmente bella che potete star certi che voleranno e in men che non si dica vi ritroverete alla porta di Pile.
Se mai riusciremo a dedicarci un altro soggiorno a Dubrovnik torneremo sicuramente da Silvija, dove sentirsi a casa è garantito.
