Amazingly good and clean hotel near places of interest but a bit of noise coming from the school next building early in the morning.Staff are good except that the AC was not working properly even though it in the winter but the room was too warm and unable to adjust to cooler temperatures.Due to communication difficulties was told to switch off the AC instead of solving the problem but managed to open the window for cool air.Breakfasts was average the first day there were no coffee serve or plain water which I found it strange but the next day there’s coffee machine so it a matter of suggestion.Free usage of washing machine and luggage storage.On the right of the hotel there’s a convenient shop and 7-11. Near to Muslim's quarters and Bell tower. InshaAllah will be back soon with the children’s and recommend to friends.Big thank you Ibis staff especially that only Receptionist dude Han so helpful and friendly.

Very big and convenient room with toilets separated from the shower. Breakfast could be better, there was no water or hot tea.

Staff should use service elevator or stairs for carrying Garbage bags and not the guest elevator; if no other choice then moving the garbage bags should be done at a time when there is no guest traffic.
Staff should be trained to understand what a "dnd" ( do not disturb) sign means.

We booked this hotel due to its great reviews but we’re a little disappointed. The location is good and the staff were friendly but the hotel was on the dirty side and very basic. One plus is they have a laundry room that I think was available to guests (we didn’t use it but thought it was a very nice perk).

Very good hotel. Near to Bell Tower and Muslim Quarters. Rooms are clean and comfortable with the necessary amenities. 
Love the free laundry. We travelled for almost 2 weeks and had to do our laundry. 
Would highly recommend this hotel.
