The hotel has free exercise equipment, Dr. washing machine and dryer. The hotel service is really good. I will take the initiative to call and contact the clothes that I forgot in the room. Manager Liang is very patient and helps to mail it back. Thank you!

Very good, overall simple and comfortable. The triple room we booked is not bad for three girls, and it is also suitable for a family of three to travel together. If there are three boys, the bed will be slightly smaller. The service is very good. The front desk even delivered quilts specially at night, especially Aunt Ma, the cleaning lady on the 13th floor, who is enthusiastic and careful! Next time I come to Shenyang, I will choose it again!

Every time I come to Shenyang, I will come to Gu Nai. The service is no worse than that of a star-rated hotel, and the rooms are very clean. Manager Liang will arrange the rooms in advance. He is very considerate. There are many places to play near Vientiane City and K11.
