Great Serviced Apartment in an authentic Alley of Hutong near Wangfujing

Stayed 2 nights at Base Hotel Wangfujing. The hotel is located in the back alleys of "Hutong" quite close to Wangfujing Strret but to the Wangfujing Walking street is still quite a distance away.
The area is not porch by any means, but in a very local-back-alleys-narrow streets and if you are ok,then this hotel may be for you.
I booked a Studio Room, pretty spacious with a sleeping area, living, kitchen and bathroom. Though there is a kitchen but there is no utensils or any pots and pans. There is a microwave, kettle and a fridge though.
There is a kitchenette at B1 if you need to access to cooking facilities, also coffee and teas are available complimentary.
The pricing is very competitive and affordable. A great stay.

Good stay

Overall it has been a good stay. We stayed here for 9 nights and it’s convenient to get around with DiDi and the subway. Though I must say that we have mainly use DiDi. Many eateries around the area within walking distance and also convenient stores. They were repairing the road in front of the place when we were leaving so should be better after repairing. Will stay here again if back in Beijing. To us one disadvantage is no aircon during winter and we have to open the windows to cool down the room as temperature set was too high for us.

The apartment looked like those in the photos, and is spacious and comfortable. Hotel is within a rustic Hutong (small street). Had no issue for drivers to pick us up in front of the hotel, though the streets were a bit narrow. There is also complementary coffee machine at the B1 common area. Walk to either MRT took about 10 min, and many attractions were near hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!
