The location is excellent. You will be staying in one of the main streets of Hong Kong. Do not expect hotel treatment because it is not. Got an upgrade for free so that’s good. I booked the room for 2 people but it was only me so I would say if it’s 2 people it may be a tight space.
And the sheets and towels looked old so I would change that.

謝謝你,建議新客人入住前可先加老板wei心(),因為協程不給直接留號碼.這座大廈所有房間都是賓館而不是酒店,年青人會較容易适应這種类型的房間,留意訂單要買保險才可取消或更改.双人單床房只有一張1.2米寬床.宾馆入住前或退房后可以免費寄放行李.攜程點评組和負責人的处事和解決問題的能力还有很大的进步空間,因為有些評論是因為客人因自己各種原因失誤而想取消和延期(但又沒提早買保險),賓館不同意,就給賓館低分差評,有的客人入住後還想申請退款吃霸王餐,其實對賓館很不公平和公正！建議協程平台在客人退房後，賓館可給每個實名登記的訂單住客點評和打分,如果低分或少數劣質的客人將不能在協程平台享受優惠或者訂房訂機票等等...

The owner is very accommodating. We were check in early and was given a bigger room for the same price. The place is very accessible to a lot of good restaurants and bakeries. We will definitely go back to this place. You should try the pineapple bun. it is very popular in Hong Kong.

The room we got was not the same room we saw on the site. The bed and blankets were not clean nor comfortable. Stains were on most wall. Very tiny room n bathroom only fit small person.
We are requesting for refund as we did not got what we saw and it states.

The operation is like an Air BNB rather than a hotel. It’s a little bit tricky to locate the elevators and sort of confusing to locate the door to the entrance of the rooms. However, once located, it’s a very decent size suite for the price. The Wi-Fi, hot water and air conditioning works very well. Be aware that a lot of promotional photos will be sent thru WhatsApp or WeChat in contact with the owner.

Very good location, near the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. The host is very accomodating and helpful, alllowing for late check-in and giving enough instructions to the room. The room was bigger than most, quite comfortable. Not much amenities (towels, shower gel and shampoo) do bring your own toothbrush and hairdryer. Overall good value for the price.
