This is a great hotel, conveniently located near the metro station, 迎宾路, just two stations away from五一广场. The staff provides excellent service, especially Zhao Qing.

We have enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the laundry service.
We dislike the "smoke" smell in our room. Non smoking in room should be strictly enforced.

Exceeding expectation! We had two rooms for two nights. Also first time in Changsha. First-time stay recommended by a local friend. We never heard about this Chinese hotel franchise before this trip. This Crystal Orange was only opened in 2022 we heard and it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a treat with fresh fruits and local cuisines. We didn't know about every dish but liked whatever we tried. It was a comfortable stay. Our room service staff even left additional brew coffee supplies after the first day observation that we finished all the brew, very sweet. (There are many coffee stores in China than how I remembered from a decade ago but still a challenge to find real coffee with good roast I'd say. This hotel's ground coffee was the closest one to what we like back home). The location is great and easy to go by with either bus, subway or you can taxi all the time. Changsha is not an uber big city with accessible travel distance. It wasn't bad at all to go to nearby locations for sightseeing. For foreigners I would recommend setting up AliPay/WeChat Pay for transportation which was easier for us to get around in the city. We called taxi via the digital payment apps all the time.

Excellent service, liked the layout of the room and the huge TV. Bathroom was clean with automated toilet flush. Loved the electronically controlled amenities. Breakfast was great with wide varieties. Recommend!
