Great cost benefit. Comfortable and close to everything.

Spacious and comfortable room. Despite being well on a main street, the sound insulation is great! As well as thermal insulation. The air conditioning has function of heating and even in winter managed to bring quite comfort. It's near the main squares, I did it all on foot.
The price is good for the convenience that comes with it. Careful employees.
There's no breakfast. But it has a kitchen and dining area equipped to cook and make coffee.
I would return to this hotel for sure. Near the subway and in front of the bus stop.

Mito Casa is great value for money and in a good location - walking distance to most attractions and cafes. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Meet the expectation!

Excellent location, very close to the subway and easy access by bus. Staff helpful and friendly. Quiet, clean, good shower, comfortable bed. Air conditioning hot/cold very good!

We'll be back.

We had come before, all very nice and very cared for inside. Friendly staff and very attentive to our needs. Breakfast is not included but they have an ice cream maker to leave the meal noting your name and room number.

Faded charm - fantastic location

It's a little unpreposessing from the outside, but inside it is a gem, if slightly faded. A bit of peeling wallpaper and thin towels, but I would say this is balanced out by a comfortable and very large bedroom, a hot shower, and the hotel being perfectly located. Just a couple of minutes walk from Baquedano metro station and within walking distance of three of the nicest parts of the city - Bellavista, Lastarria and Barrio Italia. One thing to be aware - the hotel doesn't do breakfast. This wasn't particularly clear when booking and came as a disappointment at first (although after a day or so it actually was a bonus, meaning no pressure to get up a certain time). The staff are friendly and responsive, and the wifi in the hotel is very fast. It's got slightly dated charm, but when you balance out with location, size etc, it really is a great hotel.
