Fujam!!!!

Hotel with beautiful (outside) structure and good pool, large rooms...but extremely old!!!! Wooden beds that scratch and uncomfortable, pillows smell sweat, do not change towels if you do not ask, the arrangement of the bed is only to stretch the sheets from above and in 7 days in swept the floor no time, cabinets had no cabide, window of the room did not open so old, I saw a lady take a tomb on the stairs so smooth that the floor was due to lack of proper cleaning.
But the peak was I got to check in in the morning and the reception gave me a room that there was already a couple sleeping inside, we both got more scared. I returned to the reception to inform what happened and it took more than an hour to resolve, pq did not know where the error was (td system in the small paper) and did not knock on the door that he “found” to be empty to put me already the hotel was with maximum occupation. He came to ask me oq I qria q he did.
I tried to talk to the management over the days he never showed up, never even apologized. The agency that I closed the trip tried to talk to them by different means and tbm were never answered.
