Underbar resort med moderna bekvämligheter
Denna resort är en sådan vacker och berömda resort i Brasilien. Jag bodde på denna resort förra året med min familj. Det erbjuder det bästa av komfort och struktur till dem som väljer att bo där liksom många andra anläggningar, som tennisbana, spelrum, alla unika tjänster i rummen.

Comfortable Hotel
Very nice hotel to relax and rest. Good fit good with comfortable beds. great breakfast and lunch. Pool type well with natural water at 32 degrees very good. Very cordial attention from the employees. Beautiful place close to the village Sta. Barbara, MG.

Improper billing.
Improper billing.
It is the fourth time that I have stayed at the hotel and unfortunately this time I suffered a loss, I felt injured due to an undue charge, I ordered an Argentinian Malbec wine for R$81.00 on the wine list, the label does not indicate only the type and the country, the waiter brought me the wine, talked about it and served it to me, again, there was no label on the wine list, only the type and country of the wine, I'm not a wine expert, I only asked for one wine to accompany the dinner, in the When the bill was closed, they told me that a wine worth R$360.00 had been served, if the letter states another value, how can the waiter give me another wine 4 times more expensive without informing me that it was another and without informing that the value was 4 times greater.
In article 30 of the CDC it is clear that the supplier is obliged to comply with the value that was offered, since by charging a different value than what was offered to the consumer, he is acting abusively.
I questioned the attendants and asked for it to be checked at the time of closing. There was an internal conversation between the employees, after which they only informed me that the wine they delivered to me was R$360.00 and that I would have to pay that amount, due to other setbacks and delays. I was already late and I was forced to pay and deal with it in other ways, as I was late and needed to leave and there was no time to discuss the error at the time, even though I felt aggrieved.
I requested an analysis and did not receive a response and got back to me, as there was an abusive practice, I requested a refund of the difference in value, as there was a communication failure or bad Faith from the waiter, I certainly received a product that I did not order for a value 4 times higher without the due specification, I emphasize that this is not the first time that failures of this type have occurred, but the value of the others was lower, I noted.

Santa Barbara Waters
Very cozy place. Its hot waters and waterfalls are a spectacle.
It has a building that was the second fabric factory in the country dating back to the last century.
In the hotel with hot water pools, typical Minas Gerais food and excellent service. Worth knowing.

However: poorly prepared reception. Menu with few options, bad wine list (and there are wines in the north of Minas Gerais that deserve to be highlighted), bad carvings, cleaning of the ceiling leaves something to be desired, with dust and cobwebs.
Breakfast, does not show Minas Gerais cuisine (could offer fried biscuits, biju, naked mané, tamale, etc.)
Lunch: simple and delicious
