Excellent, friendly and convenient place to stay for a great week's skiing in this superb skiing area!
Our room was clean, a good size, plenty of storage for all our gear and best of all very comfortable beds and high quality duvet and pillows for a great night's sleep.
Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of fruit, bread, meat, cheese and cereals accompanied by coffee with warm milk and a perfectly cooked boiled egg.
It was very handy to have our skipasses included (at no extra cost) - there was a huge line for tickets at the base on the first morning.
Christian also gave us some great restaurant recommendations too.

Booking cancelled after confirmation & deposit paid
However as I did not reply immediately to decline these (even though they did not advise on a deadline to reply) they then cancelled the entire booking stating that I did not reply on time to their offer for the add on packages. They did not give any notice to say they would cancel the booking if I did not reply, nor state they expected a reply within a few days - I did reply on the 6th day but they had cancelled the booking completely and left me without a hotel room over such a busy period. I had originally booked the room with them 3 weeks previously, so now find myself looking for a room later in the high season at increased cost.
I found the overall experience quite unprofessional, especially given I had booked through a global booking engine originally and not direct so would have expected to be protected from such an experience. They did not answer emails promptly but expected me to do so immediately and also do not answer the phone when I tried to phone.
Based on my own experience I would be sceptical about booking if they just decide to cancel bookings like that without any notice to the guest.

Bates Motel
Owner is more mad than mr Bates. He must has some personal problems. In one morning we didn't say him hello and he trowed us out from the hotel!
The breakfast was awfull.
Rooms were uncleaned.
WiFi connection was slow and unstable.
Do not go that hotel!!
