Perfect for sport and recreation

The hotel is very comfortable and provides a big breakfast plus a summer/ winter menu. Is perfect for tennis having several courtyards and many facilities for training. The parking is free, the old town is reachable by bus in 15 min very convenient.

Worst place ever

Booked for 4 nights, stayed for 1 hour and left. Had to travel 2 hours to get another hotel but didn't care , the further away from this filthy dirty place the better. The rooms smell appalling, urine stains on the carpet which was dirty already. Beds were dirty, saw insects on the sheets. No hair dryer, gels, dirty shower, no air con.
The grounds are run down and tatty, area is derelict. I recommend you avoid this poor excuse of a hotel.

sports complex with rooms

I wouldn't rate this as a hotel, its a sports complex with rooms, and budget at best. There is a funny smell in the corridors and the reception/bar area. The staff speak little English (some none at all) I think the rooms are very over priced for what you get.
Location is a short bus & tram ride from the centre of Graz, but the area immediately around the hotel is a little run down. The room was large & clean, but a little old fashioned.

Hotel for tennis lovers

It was all about tennis. Hotel was full of sport people. The room was big and clean. There was big bar and it was open late. We had some problems with our reservation and payings but it was solved quiqkly and customer friendly. Location was good, it was in peacefull area.

Lovely practical hotel off the beaten track

Driving from Serbia to Italy and asked the Sat Nav to find us a place to stop when we had had enough driving and it came up with this. In a little town outside of Graz, off the beaten track, obviously a popular tennis club with the locals! Room was big and clean. No air con and it was 30 degrees outside so a little hot but we kept the window open and as it's set back from the main road it was nice and quiet so had a real good sleep. Staff were really helpful and spoke good English especially the lady on reception who also catered our breakfast...there are a couple of restaurants just 5 mins walk - a chinese (which was delicious and again very popular with the locals on a Sunday night!) and a more traditional eaterie just over the road. Breakfast was 5 euros each which was a bargain as breakfast was fresh and delicious...hams,cheese, salad, tea, coffee, juice yoghurts,fresh soft yummy rolls still warm from the oven, fruits, cereals, jams...and then they asked if we'd like boiled eggs which came out perfect. It's difficult to get into Graz by public transport (bus then a tram...4km away) but easy by car. Free parking at the hotel.
