Rodeo weekend/Two night stopover/ensuite site
We stayed two nights while we were passing through to see one day of the rodeo. We had one of the ensuite sites that was clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to have normal hot water that you could adjust just like home. After a few weeks in the Nt most park facilities were like mobile units of low quality. It was a bit cold in Aug to use the pool. The rodeo concert was on one night with noisy customers coming back all hours of the night as expected. Not a bad park for us.

It is what you expect it is.
However the bulk dead roaches in the bathroom were a put off. Other than that it’s a stopover

Needs to address serious security concerns
This park does tick all the boxes. It’s clean close to town, we had n ensuite site which is one of the best we have come across and the caravan site was a level concrete pad.
But… when you are woken at 2am with the police chasing someone who had broken into a nearby van catching one of the two, it left for a sleepless night. The last thing you want when travelling is to be concerned for security and getting no sleep.
Owner in the morning completely oblivious to what had occurred despite living on site and a police Paddy Wagon in the park at the time we checked out.
Reading other reviews this is not an isolated incident and if they aren’t going to do anything to keep the park secure, not a chance will I ever stay here again.

Close to town but……..
In terms of site size; excellent, nice and large. Pool lovely; laundry great size with plenty of machines. Close to town, and no bats like the other parks.
However, very lax on security. A car was stolen and torched from caravan park 2nd night there. Daily texts to keep stuff locked yet no interest with installing cameras or, heaven forbid, barrier gates. Not hard when you clearly have issues with the locales. Lazy really.
Amenities old but function. Very unsettling that the toilet block can be easily locked by anyone from the outside. Again no thought given.
If you stay and go to the loo, even ensuite, at night lock your van. This poor guy went to loo at 4am, left his van unlocked, while in loo they got his car keys from van that were hanging by door and car gone and burnt out! Terrible. Once this happens once a caravan park should do more…..but alas not this parks management!

Not safe
Two robberies in the first hour of arriving here at 3pm, then later that night they returned and tried to rob more vans. No police called, no security gate - not a safe place to stay. Fortunately we had an ensuite site so didn’t have to go far from our car.
