Overall nice experience at this location. Close to lots of Restaurants and local shopping. Walk to metro (bus/train). Theater district and much more to see. Walkable to Obelisco.

Lack of maintenance

The hotel's maintenance status is zero. Swollen doors without closing, lack of plugs or they lend you an adapter for the old three-phase ones they have.
Small room, broken air conditioning, tiny 4-tile shower.
The rooms facing the street are very noisy and the internal ones suffer from the noise of the elevators.
Poor breakfast, it's not worth having breakfast there, it's better to do it outside.

Bad experience

The place is horrible, it doesn't have a bidet, the water in the shower comes out cold, the door doesn't close properly, in short a bad experience, the establishment definitely lacks maintenance.

I do not recommend it.
In general the hotel is in very poor condition, without maintenance
1. We booked a room with a double bed and when we went up there were 2 twin beds. When we went to make the change he told us “you didn't clarify it in the reservation” when we had done so.
2. The bathroom door did not close. It was in very bad condition
3. To get hot water out of the shower we had to lift the toilet chain
4. The sheets had hair
5. When we checked out we had to pay for the garage, when when making the reservation it said it was included in the rate. And the receptionist's response was “it's a mistake to take off, we can't take care of it.”
6. We made a complaint with the hotel and took off about the garage issue and they rejected it
