Highly recommended hotel
Quiet hotel with nice views and rooftop breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff, nice pool and very close to the ksamil beaches.

Hotel to avoid
Very disappointing stay. From the beginning, we encountered several technical problems in the room, requiring a temporary room change. Even after their resolution, comfort was not present.
The main negative points are the complete lack of soundproofing, numerous noise disturbances at all hours, poor quality bedding, and the absence of blackout curtains, making nights particularly difficult. The bathroom is also poorly designed, with water spreading everywhere after each shower.
Despite several reports, we received no concrete solution from management. The breakfast is very basic, with few choices and an unpleasant setting.
We ultimately shortened our stay. The value for money does not correspond at all to the advertised services. An experience we will not repeat.

Catastrophic stay
From the first day, the balcony door would not lock, the air conditioning was leaking, and a significant amount of water was flowing into the room. We had to change to a lower category room.
We were finally able to return to our original room once the problems were fixed, but the inconveniences did not stop there.
The bedding is of very poor quality. No solution is provided to protect the light room: no blackout curtains or suitable equipment. As a result, the light from the balconies remains present all night, and sunlight enters the room at dawn.
The shower is tiny, and the seals are almost nonexistent. With each use, water spreads all over the bathroom.
Soundproofing is completely absent, even though it was among the advertised amenities. Located on the first floor, we could hear absolutely everything: conversations at the reception, comings and goings in the stairs, as well as disturbances from other floors. Other guests were particularly noisy in the hallways and stairs, late at night as well as very early in the morning: shouting, slamming doors, and excessively loud behavior.
Despite several reports, management never took measures to address these disturbances. We even had to intervene ourselves with the guests. The only response we received was: "It's a hotel, that's how it is." An unacceptable response. It would have been wise to plan for better sound insulation and not to design all the rooms next to the stairs.
The finishes of the establishment clearly show that everything was done at the lowest cost.
Our three nights were dreadful, and despite our numerous complaints, no solution was offered to us. We therefore decided to leave the establishment earlier than planned.
The manager assured us that he would speak with Booking to refund us for the unhonored night. However, Booking informed us that he refused to cooperate. We consider this behavior to be particularly dishonest.
Regarding breakfast, it is served on the roof of the hotel, an unrenovated space, amidst the clotheslines. The choice is very limited, the products are served cold, and the quality is mediocre.
Everything seems designed to maximize profit at the expense of customer comfort. We travel regularly, frequently stay at hotels in many countries, and always take care to select establishments known for their comfort and quality so that we can rest in good conditions. Yet, we have never been so poorly welcomed or so disappointed by an establishment.

Wow
Lovely place..... new structure, large and clean rooms, all well cared for, great services, breakfast to improve but the guys who always manage attentive to needs and requests .... the presence of the pool makes the place even more special because it allows you to get a relaxing space after a day at sea .... free parking and wifi and really competitive prices
