Good value for money

Superbly located, a few minutes from the main square and the nice neighborhood of Sablon. Professional welcome. Clean, functional room. Comfortable bedding. Only downside, the very few TV channels and the lack of a closet. No mini fridge either.

Comfortable, would stay again

I stayed two nights here and found it very comfortable. Check in was easy and friendly. The room was quiet, and yes it was small but it was OK for the limited time I spent there. There was no hot water kettle in the room but then again it was a very small room so I wonder where they'd put a kettle if they had one. No fridge in the room either, but same point as above. Bathroom and shower were good and clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast very good, I enjoyed the variety of foods and there were enough coffee machines so as to be able to get a coffee without waiting even at peak breakfast times. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from Bruxelles Central rail station, which is a plus. All in all, would definitely stay again.

Very ordinary

Booked the largest room size - decent enough, but nothing to shout about. Room does not have mini fridge, also no iron, no kettle. Breakfast is limited - only 1 type of egg which is called soft boiled egg, but is actually fully cooked and hard. Only have some cold sliced hams and cheeses. No hot food.
Room Aircon did not appear to be working. Fortunately window can be opened.
Also very rigid check out time. Had stayed 3 nights and I sought to extend by 1 HR to 1 pm. Hotel charged 10 Euro for that.
Location quite good - 2 mins from supermarket, and about 20 min to the bigger shopping areas.

A little overpriced for what it offers

3 nights stay for tourism. Hotel 1 km walk from the main square of Brussels, rather convenient to reach by car, with underground parking not owned at a daily cost of 26 € so not really cheap.
Common parts of the hotel nice and cozy, really small and cramped rooms without minibar. Sufficient breakfast, pre-frozen baked goods and nothing typical Belgian, all the hot salty part was missing, so not much. The guys at the reception were good even if we were charged twice for breakfasts that then had to out of tune at our request. Price in my opinion quite expensive for what is offered.

Modern and well presented hotel

Great atmosphere and plenty of nice spaces. Good rooms and service. Breakfast was OK. Great town location. No gym however. Nice collection of beers although the prices for the beers and snacks are steep. Good value for money overall. Will go again/.
