Our history

I have known the hotel for more than 30 years, I have seen it grow and develop for the better. The atmosphere is lovely, the rooms are comfortable, spotless and quiet. The director Raffaella always present and ready to welcome customers with a welcome smile has been able to enhance and enrich the place with wisdom and professionalism. The works to the structure in recent years have added a second outdoor pool but, it is above all the spa that has given the hotel a touch of class and well-being to be reckoned with

"Refundable" cancelation not honored--beware

I made a cancelable reservation directly with the hotel, with a 30 percent deposit. Our plans changed and I canceled months before the deadline--and received an email stating that my deposit would be returned. It wasn't. Three subsequent emails went unanswered--I was completely ghosted, except for the bombardment of promotional emails. After more than a month of this, I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company with all of the written documentation. I have never had this happen before, and would not have expected it from a reputable hotel.

Dear Ms. Dawn, I am sorry for the inconvenience. On April 18, we wrote you an email asking for your bank details to issue a bank transfer because we were unable to reverse the transaction through our bank app, which was the fastest method for both us and you. Having received no response, your refund has been pending. It is not our intention to make our guests wait or not honor their cancellations. Having said that, I will send you a private email for the transaction. I am sorry this episode happened. If you need you can ask all things to our email and about promotional mails it's our jobs but is your choise if you dont' like to receive. we can respect. best regards Raffaella Maiorino

Magnificent

Very nice and comfortable hotel now also with a magnificent spa breakfast delicious spotless beach friendly and welcoming staff all under the Guide of the great and very kind director raffaella, thanks for hospitality Savarese Sorrento

Everything perfect!

Holiday end of August/September. Excellent structure, nice cared for, spotless. Professional staff, kind, attentive to customer needs. Sublime cuisine. Parking, center and beach very close. Beautiful sea. Umbrellas far apart. All impeccable. I will definitely return.

Beach club - elegant bathing establishment

We stopped during the scorching August of Cilento. Establishment with comfortable beds, very professional reception staff. Too bad for the bar: two coffees for 5 euros is a decidedly exaggerated price even for such a beautiful place.
