What is much worse was that in the morning i discovered that someone had wiped their behind with a bottom corner of the duvet and tucked the edges of the duvet under the mattress so it was not visible.
I was too shocked and did not think l could prove the soiling did not come from me as i had already spent the night there so i just run it under the tap to wash most of it off before leaving and making a complaint at reception. I should have called management and asked for a refund.
This is totally unacceptable and Lensbury should do the right thing and refund me.
