A Stay Like No Other!
We had a wonderful three-night stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Washington, DC. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property—it's truly stunning. Our accommodations were absolutely fantastic, and the location couldn’t have been better. Being within walking distance of iconic landmarks like the White House, the Lincoln Memorial, and the Smithsonian Museums made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable.
The hotel lobby is a showstopper in itself, with two great restaurants and inviting bars right on-site. But what really made our stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. By the end of our short stay, we felt more like friends than guests.
We would especially like to recognize and thank the following team members for going above and beyond:
– At the Front Desk: Aleksander, Tyann, and Richard – thank you for the smooth check-in and helpful information.
– Danish at the front entrance – always so welcoming and kind.
– Abdul – who handled our bags with such care.
– Abdel – the Breakfast Manager, whose attention to detail made every morning a pleasure.
– Duretti and Goretti at Peacock Alley – your warmth and service were truly memorable.

Amazing Experience at the Waldorf!
My husband and I celebrated my birthday at the Waldorf Astoria in Washington DC. Our exceptional experience began with a warm welcome by the bell staff, as well as as by staff at reception. Every detail was considered from check in to check out. We enjoyed a Luxe Day Pass at the spa while we waited for our rooms. We were greeted with champagne and welcoming smiles. The Himalayan salt room and relaxation areas were wonderful and the Macarons in the serenity room were exceptional. We ended the experience with an extremely thoughtful birthday card from the spa staff. Our room was extremely clean and beautifully appointed. Turn down service was superb and the delicious breakfast we had in our room was delightful. I cannot say enough about how warmly we were received. The general manager, Senih Geray, was incredibly responsive and attentive. He should be proud of the establishment he overseas. We cannot wait to celebrate again next year at the Waldorf Astoria. Next time, we will try the afternoon tea thank you, thank you, thank you!

She went above and beyond (and around) and made our requests a reality, when it seemed hopeless.
She could have easily and justifiably explained that it wasn't possible, in compliance with what she was told on the phone (we could overhear through the receiver at normal conversation-distance), but she pleasantly told them she was coming down to make it happen, and by the time we got back to our room they were delivering it.
So Beautiful when you're "on the road" to encounter an ally who has your back.

Amazing property!!!
My wife and I stayed here for our tenth anniversary and it didn’t disappoint.
It started with a welcome from Roman at reception who congratulated us on our anniversary and offered us a celebratory glass of champagne. The first impression was very much appreciated and the whole vibe of the lobby and atrium let us know that we were in for a great stay.

Waldorf Astoria Hotel became my favorite hotel overnight thanks to its great location, beautiful rooms, and most importantly, five-star service provided by the employees. Everyone was great, but one person stands out, and that is Aleksandar. He gave me a nice upgrade when he saw my diamond status by saying that I could have stayed anywhere in DC, but you chose us, and we are grateful for that. It does not end there, I stopped by the front desk the next day, and he remembered my name, which made him stand out. This level of customer service is rare, and Waldorf really made a great choice with Aleksandar. Thank you for the unforgettable experience.
