Great experience, even for the shorter stays.

Cannot beat the location and guest experience. From the time you step into entrance and from when you leave, the staff are attentive and excited to have you as a guest. The inner court yard simple and elegant. The breakfast experience is great, especially as you request a timeslot and pick out what you would like to eat the night before, which ensures you will not be waiting on your food to arrive.

Amazing Anniversary Trip

Incredible hotel experience in every way. Could not recommend enough. Location is great for a “home base” for staying in Savannah, as most things you want to go see and do are within a 10-15 minute walk. Food at breakfast, wine hour, and dessert was so good. They don’t skimp on anything, and they don’t nickle and dime you, either. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Savannah!

No ghosts but plenty of beautiful spirit at the Eliza Thompson House.

You could not find a better location. The experience is the kind you think about when reading romantic novels about the South - friendly people inviting you into a beautiful Victorian home, with hospitality dripping off of every drawled word and action. Everything about the experience was easy and delightful.
The bed was comfy, and accommodation in general felt like you were an honored guest. Staff were attentive and friendly. The opportunities for social interaction in the main house were wonderful and the apple crumble with a splash or port just perfect for the end of a busy day.
While it was June in the South the room stayed comfortable due to the addition of a ceiling fan. We enjoyed reading about the ghosts investigations but failed to meet any spirits other than those served during our stay. Breakfast in the courtyard was yummy and the beautiful environment made it extra peaceful and enjoyable.
We will be back to the beautiful city and plan on making the Eliza Thompson House a part of that second great experience.

Wonderful place! Great wine and appetizers at 5:30! Very comfortable and helpful place! The staff, especially Kevin, was awesome!
