Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was tasty, even hand pancakes, first for us. Egg white omelette were also a first. Clean rooms and comfy beds. We will stay here again when in the area. Thank you for a nice comfy stay.

We have stayed at this property several times, and each time it gets a bit poorer. The breakfast now is simply terrible! Oatmeal mush the is mostly watery gruel instead of mush; orange juice that tastes very funny, like it hasn't been kept frozen before use; hard boiled eggs no longer available; scrambled eggs that taste like something besides eggs; coffee that isn't hot, and is bitter. It is like the breakfast is not a matter of importance to this hotel's manager!

I always have a wonderful stay when I am

Amazing hotel w/ top notch free breakfast, rooms and staff

One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Everything about this hotel was awesome! Started off at check in super friendly staff, got even better when I got to the spacious,clean and energy efficient room. Latet when we went to the pool the whole area was so cute and relaxing I was even more impressed. Then they have a 24 hour gym which in my 3 day stay I didn't see a person use it. Everyday we came back to the room it was refreshed with clean towels, bed made and to my daughter's delight they even arranged her stuffed animals on the bed. Oh I almost forgot the free breakfast which exceeded my expectations. It's was short 15mins or less, no traffic drive north to Disneyland which was great. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Satisfactory stay in a convenient area

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family in the Anaheim area and honestly I am glad this is the hotel we settled on. Santa Ana can leave a lot to be desired and while this area didn't seem to be the most walkable, it is definitely convenient. You are within 15-20min in either direction from Newport Beach, Angel Stadium, the Honda Center, and Disneyland. Plus there was the entrance to the Santa Ana Zoo about a block away from the hotel.
Overall, I liked the hotel amenities and the room. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the lobby was clean, and the breakfast each morning was great. It had lots of options to get you going in the morning, as well as free coffee throughout the day. A nice feature with the little market next to the front desk too is you can charge whatever you want to buy to the room so you don't have to fiddle with cash or card at the desk.
The only downside I will say is noise. The room wasn't the quietest in terms of hearing exterior noise from the hallway and surrounding rooms. You also are right next to a main railway hub and can hear trains throughout the day and night, but even with that it didn't ruin the experience at the hotel. Whenever I come back to the area I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Compared to the first hotel we stayed at in Anaheim, this one felt downright luxurious.
