Boutique Hotel well located

Boutique decor hotel to a high standard. Stayed for 1 night stop over. Pool is an added bonus. Rooms have all required amenities and floor to ceiling windows give you a great view to drift off in bed in the evening. Walking distance to Kennedy tourist spot and short walk down to restaurants - Cowboy Chow's is a good choice.

Great service for an impracticable hotel

I will start with the positive - customer service was outstanding and accommodating. But that was it for positive. There was nothing comfortable about this hotel. Pillows were hard, chairs impractical, shallow sink can't hold water and soaks everything on the counter. They need to spend less money on decorations and more on making it more comfortable.

Loved the stay & especially Darrin!

Really enjoyed our stay and our room. But want to give a special shout out to Darrin in Hamilton’s! He was a wonderful server unit also became a wonderful friend. Because of Darrin, we chose to eat at Hamilton’s everyday! He pointed out some sights to see while in Dallas. But his friendliness was the highlight of our day! Thank YOU Darrin!

Lovely Stay, Front Desk Lacking Hospitality

The hotel itself was very nice and well-maintained. I appreciated how clean everything was, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. During my stay, they hosted a pool party, which was a great experience—the food, drinks, and music were all excellent.
The housekeeping staff also did a fantastic job. They were friendly, efficient, and kept everything spotless throughout our stay, which added to the overall comfort.
However, I did have some concerns with the front desk staff. Most of my interactions with them were less than welcoming. They rarely smiled and often gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience, even when they weren’t actively assisting anyone. I want to emphasize that I was always polite and respectful during these encounters, so the cold reception was disappointing.
Unfortunately, my family members had similarly negative experiences with the front desk, which confirmed that it wasn’t just me. The lack of friendliness seemed to be a consistent issue. The front desk staff would benefit from customer service training to better align with the otherwise positive service provided by other departments.
That said, there were a couple of front desk staff members—a male and a female, both African American—who stood out for their professionalism and kindness. Additionally, the staff at the bar and restaurant were consistently warm and accommodating, which helped balance out the overall experience.

Hotel is good the bartender made the place!!!

I got in on 6/2 and was tired and went to Hamelton’s and Cesar the bartender is one of the best bartenders I’ve meet and I travel the us frequently! It was just me in the restaurant cause it was 4:15pm they just opened and he knows his bar! Enjoyed his company and professionalism so much I had dinner again on 6/3 just because of him!!!
