It sounds like the hotel was a major success! This deep in the heart of downtown, it is not uncommon for guests to hear the sounds of the city. Next time you are with us, be sure to let us know you prefer a quiet room away from city noise. We can try and get you on one of the top floors so you can see the sights without having to hear them!
