Perfect location, great value
Dash Living:
Location: The property is at a very strategic location just 180 m from Little India MRT station. Also 650 m walk from Jalan Besar MRT (blue line which connects to downtown & Changi Airport(Expo MRT)).
Bus#857 can be taken from Joyallukas which directly takes to Khatib MRT(Shuttle to Mandai Reserve)
Lot of eateries at affordable price and shops including 24 hours 7x11 store.
Also nearby is 24 hrs bakery (Star Cafe) where one can purchase affordable water bottles/bakery items.
We enjoyed Indian breakfast at Nandhana’s Restaurant, Sai Cafe and lunch/dinner at Village curry.
Safety:The property is very high tech/ access controlled. Even the rooms at the ground floor are at the end of lobby which itself is access controlled. The lift wont work unless you tap your access card.
Room:
Booked courtyard room for family with young child.
The balcony was not useful as it kept raining.
The room is very small (when you compare it to any country that you arrive from).
We had 2 large luggages and 1 cabin luggage however at a time only 1 large luggage can be opened on the floor (unless you want to open it on the bed ).
The room had a open space to hang your clothes, safe, laundry bag.
The TV area had chair/desk kind of setup kettle along with glass/cups were provided.
The toilet had 1 mini bottle each of soap & shampoo and 1 soap. 2 dental kits. 2 towels. The items were not refilled and we also didn’t complain knowing their once a week cleaning policy.
The room has to be self cleaned (unless you want to request them for an extra price) for our entire stay. Self cleaned in the sense just put your trash in a polythene bag at the bin near lift. Although some people kept it outside their room entrance which made the lobby look very shabby.
Suggestion: Seems the cleaning staff was not doing their job well as have read many reviews of room carpet not being clean
Verdict: Overall above average experience for the price paid.
Will mark it in value for money category considering high cost of living in Singapore.
Recommended specially for Indian Travellers.

I read the poor reviews prior not believing how bad it could be. The room was so dirty. There were stains everywhere on the carpet and sofa. The towels were grey (original white). There were ants as well. I paid extra for a suite with a bigger room but I saw some rooms were extremely small and those guests simply left their doors wide open for more space and air conditioning from the hallway. Multiple guests were doing that and they spoke loudly disrupting other guests. There are also no staff manning the reception. You check in yourself.

One of the good budget option in Singapore, located in Little India, so it’s a hit or miss because the surroundings is kinda dirty compared to Singapore standard

Dash Loving Rochor is a well regarted service hotel .
Rooms : typically well equiped featuring modern design with comfortable furnishing .
Price : afforable . Also got a free E-sim for 3 days.
Location : strategic . Near with the mrt and bus station. Also got a 7-e nearby which easy for us to buy something . Near with the indian restaurant.
Overall : highly recommend and will repeated again .
